Matthew has a personal connection to TEAD and began volunteering his time in 2017. He joined TEAD’s board of directors the following year and has played a key role on the strategic planning, HR and IT committees. Matthew is a professional engineer and business executive with over 20 years experience across multiple industries. Most notably, he spent the last decade in the space/aerospace sector where he developed space flight hardware, managed Research and Development activities and successfully lobbied government raising over 30 million in funding. He is the founder and president of PROVA Innovations ltd., a med-tech startup focused on developing medical products for children and adults who are suffering from a movement disorder caused by a neurological injury.
