Sue Schramayr

Sue joined the TEAD Board of Directors in 2017. Over the last 2 years she has played a lead role on the Strategic Planning Committee, working together with the staff and volunteers to develop a multi-level plan of action to move TEAD towards a sustainable business model. Outside of TEAD, Sue is an accomplished organizational and management leader with significant experience in establishing the foundation for new and successful businesses. Over two decades in the biopharmaceutical industry she led the development and transformation of numerous businesses and fledgling companies. She holds a BSc in Microbiology, MSc in Molecular Biology and an International MBA. Her unique educational background and blend of experiences positions her to help all types of organizations optimize their effort and achieve the most. Since 2014, Sue works as an independent consultant advising on a range of organizational projects.  She lives on a 25-acre farm in Ancaster, Ontario where she also divides her time managing a boarding facility for retired sport horses, established by her and her husband.  She is a competitive equestrian with memberships in the International Equestrian Federation, Equine Canada, Ontario Equestrian Federation, as well as the US Dressage Federation.
