A Record-Breaking Success!

Because of you, TEAD’s Charity Golf Tournament & Dinner was an incredible success.  Together, we welcomed 120 golfers and 225 dinner guests and raised an outstanding $116,190 (and counting) with over $50,000 raised LIVE in support of TEAD Therapeutic Riding Centre.

From our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and golfers to our dinner guests and auction bidders, every person played a role in making this event possible. Your generosity will directly support life-changing therapeutic riding programs, equine-assisted learning opportunities, and the care of the remarkable horses who make TEAD's mission possible. Celebrating our 2026 Force For Good Award Recipient, Mercedes Palermo

Each year, TEAD's Force For Good Award recognizes an individual whose resilience, leadership, and commitment to community embody the spirit of our organization.  This year, we were honoured to recognize Mercedes Palermo.

Mercedes is a passionate advocate, community leader, and founder of Autism Out Loud. Through her tireless efforts, she has amplified the voices of individuals and families in the autism community while creating meaningful opportunities for connection, understanding, and inclusion.  Her story is one of courage, determination, and unwavering commitment to creating a better world for others. Your Impact In Action

Annually, TEAD must raise over $400,000 to empower individuals with disabilities through the transformative power of equine-assisted therapy.  Every dollar raised helps TEAD provide accessible, life-changing programming for children, youth and adults with disabilities. Your support helps fund:

  • Therapeutic riding lessons and unmounted supports
  • Equine-assisted learning and wellness programs
  • Accessible camp experiences
  • Care, feeding, and wellness for our therapy horses
  • Volunteer training, program delivery and more!
