Kris began her journey with TEAD as a volunteer in October 2023. She has loved horses since she was young, and the TEAD staff & volunteers have been so wonderful supporting Kris as she gained more experience. Kris has worked in finance/accounting in the non-profit sector for almost a decade, and is grateful to support TEAD in the bookkeeping role. When she's not at the barn or in the office, you can find her out and about with friends, or at home with her cats & dogs and a good book!

Rachel Harper

Clinical Services Administrator
905-679-8323 ext 223

Rachel's lifelong love for horses truly ignited as a young camper at TEAD in 2004, and has been a committed equestrian ever since. After graduating McMaster University in 2017 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English & Anthropology, her love for TEAD brought her back as a volunteer looking to make a difference in her community. She was then hired on in 2021 as Program Coordinator. After 3 years of service, her love for horses saw her move to Ireland to study as an Equine Integrative Support Therapist, where she remained for 8 months before returning to Canada to finish the self-study piece of her program. She re-joined the TEAD team in August 2025 as Clinical Services Administrator, and enjoys continuing to connect families in need to life-changing equine-assisted services.
