Sue Schramayr joined TEAD’s Board of Directors in 2017 and has proudly served as Board Chair since 2018. With more than 25 years of leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, Sue has a proven track record of building and transforming businesses from the ground up. Her experience spans organizational strategy, business development, and guiding early-stage companies toward long-term success.
A passionate equestrian, Sue owns and rides her own dressage horses and lives on a 25-acre farm in Ancaster, Ontario. Alongside her husband, she also runs a boarding facility for retired sport horses — a testament to her lifelong commitment to the well-being of animals.
Sue brings a rare blend of business acumen and heart to her role at TEAD, championing sustainable growth and strategic planning. Her leadership is grounded in a deep belief in the healing power of horses and the transformative impact of inclusive therapeutic riding.
