TEAD encourages COVID Vaccinations for all eligible individuals. In accordance with the approval by Health Canada, the recommendations of the Federal and Provincial governments, the Public Health Agency of Canada, regional public health authorities, and the Canadian Medical Association, TEAD strongly encourages all eligible individuals to voluntarily receive the full course of COVID-19 vaccination, as defined by Public Health, to achieve a fully vaccinated status. Anyone with questions regarding the benefits, risks and precautions for vaccines is encouraged to speak with their healthcare professional.

TEAD will allow for vaccinated and unvaccinated staff, volunteers and riders to participate in programs at the barn.

TEAD requires that ALL employees, volunteers, riders, guests, service providers and visitors continue to follow our COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols which includes:

Facial coverings and face masks must:

  • Be worn during lessons for volunteers who assist in side-walking classes.

Sanitization & Social Distancing:

  • Adherence to TEAD’s sanitization protocols and practices is required at every visit
  • Outdoor spaces will be used, when possible,

Active Self Screening:

  • Daily active self COVID-19 screening . Please do not attend the barn if you feel unwell or have any symptoms or have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive.

TEAD's COVID Vaccination and Mask policy will be reviewed on a monthly basis or as there are significant changes to Federal or Provincial guidelines. It is recognized that the COVID-19 global pandemic remains a developing situation.
